Union Cab Presents

Rearview Visionaries is a collection of songs written and performed by the employees of Union Cab of Madison, Wisconsin.

Few of us can experience, so directly, the urban “reality” our cab drivers face every day and night.

The object and challenge of this project was to capture this unique perspective musically, from those who live it.

The result was both unexpected and refreshing.

A truly remarkable journey from those who drive us.

The collection features songs from many different genres including metal, pop, psychedelic and even folk.

The artists on the CD, as well as being cab drivers (for the same company Butch Vig of Garbage once worked for), range from professional working musicians, who have either gigged extensively in Madison or even nationwide to weekend warriors who have been woodshedding for years.
